Everything you need to know for your Alpenblick holiday!
We have put together some information for you to get your holiday off to a relaxed start
Already at home
A few days before your arrival you will receive an email from us with the link to your Allgäu-Walser Pass. To download the pass onto your smartphone, please sign the relevant field. All you need is an e-signature directly on your smartphone or tablet. You will receive all passes (QR codes) for the room booking on a smartphone. You can also pass this on to the relevant person using the “Share” function directly below the relevant pass code.
You can have your mountain railway tickets and entrance fees booked directly onto your passes and conveniently pay directly. If you have booked a backpack with included tickets from us, these will already be on your pass. Your Alwa Pass is automatically activated at midnight on the day of arrival and you can also use it until midnight on the day of departure!
Your arrival
Our rooms will be ready for you from 3 p.m. Depending on availability and upon consultation, early check-in is also possible (for a fee). Please leave your luggage in the car until you check into your room.
You can park your car free of charge in one of the marked spaces in the yard. Guests who have booked a room in our guest house will find parking spaces directly in front of it.
You can easily “refuel” your electric car at our charging station at the main building. You can get the charging cards for this at reception.
If you need help with your luggage on your arrival and departure, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help you. Suitcases sent by our train guests are accepted and brought to the room.
In winter
We have brooms, ice scrapers and shovels available in the ski garage for cars covered in snow.
Your stay
For added comfort in your room we have loaner refrigerators for drinks and medication in the room for our guests. For a small rental fee of € 6.00 per night / only while stocks last. We would be happy to reserve your rental refrigerator for you in advance.
Protecting the environment and resources is easy, even on vacation
We offer you to forego daily room cleaning. You decide that every day. In this way, valuable resources can be saved and our environment can be protected. We try to work as ecologically as possible in our daily hotel operations and thereby to leave a beautiful earth to our future generations.
Tourist tax exemption
Guests with a verifiable degree of disability of 80% or more and their official accompanying person (registered “B”) are exempt from paying the tourist tax. You can easily do the exemption yourself using the Alwa Pass app. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
In summer for our cyclists
You can park and charge your bikes free of charge in our bike garage at the guest house. Arouse even more holiday anticipation and plan your tours now. You can find inspiration for your bike tours here.
In winter for our winter sports enthusiasts
You can store your winter sports equipment in our ski garage at the main building. Here you will also find a ski boot heater. To ensure that all guests have dry feet, we ask that you take your shoes off the heater after they have dried and put them on the shelf. We also have free hotel sledges and “butt slides” available in our ski garage (only while stocks last)
The two Stinesser ski lifts are right next to the hotel. You can book ski or cross-country skiing equipment, ski courses and children's ski courses at www.skischule.sport-hauber.de
Our hotel guests can also use the ski lifts on the Stinesser free of charge during the day. We will be happy to issue you the lift ticket for your stay upon request at reception. (€ 10.00 deposit)
In winter we also think particularly about health protection. Our air purifiers in the restaurant ensure clean breathing air. You will also find disinfection stands everywhere in the house.
Our meal times
We serve you our rich breakfast buffet every day from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. (Wednesdays to 9.30 a.m.)
In the afternoon there are homemade cakes and tarts, as well as our ice cream creations and of course also snacks and our popular Kaiserschmarrn!
We serve our evening menu as part of our half board from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Our restaurant is open every day until around 10 p.m. (Watch out, the landlord goes to bed when no one is there sooner!)
Please let us know in advance if you have any intolerances or allergies. You are also welcome to bring your own favorite products from home. We would be happy to bake your rolls for you or store your lactose-free products in our refrigerator.
Pets
In some rooms you are welcome to bring your dog with you (upon prior registration). We ask that you keep them in a species-appropriate manner, i.e. not in the beds, on chairs or couches. Please feed your pet on the balcony and, out of consideration for our guests, not in the room. Please note that dogs are only permitted in parts of our restaurant.
Pay
You can pay in cash or with your EC card/debit card. (no credit card payment possible). We ask that you do not make any advance transfers to our account. We will have your hotel bill ready for you from 2 p.m. the day before your departure. On the evening before your departure, we ask you to pay the daily drinks bill in cash to our service team.
